Mother’s Day is finally upon us! I’m sure many have gotten gifts and etc for their moms for this special occasion, however if you forgot or just want to take your mom somewhere, I probably have you covered! Here’s a list of places you could take your mom today!
1. Niagara Falls
Niagara Falls and Niagara On The Lake are one of the more popular destinations to take your mom for scenic pictures, food, and fun activities. Though if you plan on going to these places, I would recommend leaving early so you don’t get stuck in traffic on the mad rush to get back home before Monday.
2. Mother’s Day Brunch/Lunch
There are various venues and restaurants around Toronto that are serving Mother’s Day brunch. I’m sure they’ll make great memories!
3. Halton County Radial Railway
This is a working museum of electric streetcars and etc, and they have about two kilometers worth of scenic tracks. Mother’s admission is free with a purchase of a youth admission. My family and I might be heading here for mother’s day, admission is as follows:
Adult: $15
Seniors (65+): $13
Youth (4-17): $10
3 years and under and 90+: Free

4. Scarborough Bluffs
Have a picnic, impromptu photo shoot or explore the trails at the Scarborough Bluffs! Nothing like looking down at waves from the 100ft cliffs above.
5. High Park
OR if you want something super simple, take your mom to high park for the cherry blossoms! Ready a picnic or treat her to some food from the restaurant.
