Elizavecca is a K-beauty brand I’m familiar with, more so for their carbonated clay mask but this was another product that ended up catching my eye. It was one of the first few hair treatments I saw when starting my journey into K-beauty, and it still remains as a very popular buy. Let’s see if it lives up to the popularity.
This was the first product I tried from my Pink N Blossom haul, which you can read about here. Packaging is quite unique and cute, but you can tell right away what use this product will be for. I like that when you pull open the top flap, it looks like you’re extending the character’s hair.
I’d also like to mention that this specific product does have one of those authenticity check QR codes at the back, so there’s a way to check if it’s authentic, mine came back as an authentic product by the way.
The product is kind of a milky-cream white colour, and it has a cream consistency that’s just slightly watery. Kind of what you’d expect the consistency of a hair treatment to be. There’s a bit of a scent to this, but it’s not overpowering and smells kind of like “freshness”.
Anyways for this product, you’re supposed to shampoo your hair and then towel dry before putting this onto your hair. I like to focus on the ends, and I stop about an inch or two away from my roots when applying it. The instructions say to leave it in for 5min-30min, so anything else you need to do, you can do while letting it sit.
While washing the treatment off I could feel that my hair was very smooth and it looked silky for the rest of the week, I can’t tell how long it lasts because I braid my hair before going to work so it turns frizzy by the end of the work day. However, for about $13 CAD it’s a great product and you don’t have to use much anyways unless you have super long/thick hair.
All in all, I would absolutely buy this again. I might try other treatments but I’ll stick to this one for the time being. You can buy this from Pink N Blossom (like I did) or try other retailers, up to you. Before you go, feel free to follow my blog on Bloglovin’ and never miss a post!
